How to get rid of cramps?

ok there not from my period.....and i have been eating............

why do i have cramps?

would a heating pad work to get rid of them?

Yes Heating pads work very well on cramps. Also try to take some Aleve they may help as well.

A warm bath will help as well

Use a heating pad, try curling over a pillow, get good rest, don't do any extreme sports, and take some asprin. :)
