DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE SHAMPOO instead use conditioner to was your hair and don't use head and shouders it makes things worse

it is best to make sure you have got rid of all the shampoo and conditioner i use a final rinse of 100mls of vinegar in a 2 litre jug of warm water and that works for me and also puts a shine to your hair

I get dandruff alot with using hairspray and all. I use Head an Shoulders. I didn't like it at first as it felt like my hair was super dry afterwards but now they came out with conditioner too! Try it.
