How to get rid of dark underarm?

Question

Last week I go with my cousins derma clinic to see how will they peel her underarm. She has an appointment at 2pm but they finished the session just a couple of minute. after her 3 sessions in 3 executive days, her underarm peel smoothly. but we both don't see the difference from before to after. although some scratch marks of her underarm from a cold wax was been removed... still... the same as before.

after a week we observed that her underarm getting darker.

she was asking me to lighten her underarm in a week.

I don't know what to say/tell/advice to help her.
