How to get rid of doll smell?

Someone gave my daughter a my friend mandy from 1976 but it smells like old crayons or body odor. The cloth part doesn't smell. only the plastic parts. I have soaked in mild bleach, then bac out, now I am trying vinegar.

Try filling a ziplock bag with baking soda, put the doll inside and put the bag in the freezer overnight.
