How to get rid of extra flub?

I am 5'2.5 and I weigh from 116-120. I really would like to get rid of the extra flub. Any ideas? Thanks. :)

  1. exercise duh

    even walkin around will help burn fat

    if u walk 30 min or 1 hour than u used to everyday or 5 days a week it would really help

    i know cause i used to do that and it helped me a lot  


  2. Try jump roping or riding a bike! Kickboxing too!
