How to get rid of hangnails?

i have really bad hang nails on all my fingers.. any help here?

  Are you a nail biter?  If you are then stop bitting them. By using a clippers and nail file on a regular basics will help out too.  Try not to pull on the hangnail but use a clippers instead. Another thing you can do and thats by getting a manicure by a salon on a regular schedule and then they can use cuticle remover and other products on your hand to mend thoses nasty little hangnails!

Take your nailclipper and just trim off those nasty hangnails ...

First off, take nail clippers and trim them off, don't bite or pull them off. After that, get some really good lotion and rub it on your hands paying close attention to your hang nails. If you need to, apply a small amount of super glue to the spots *this is harmless and great for papercuts too* to prevent further "tears" or if you work with your hands in wet to dry to wet conditions. The more lotion you use, the better.
