How to get rid of http://gg91mm.cn pop-ups?

Hi Guru and Experts,
One of my friends' computer got hijacked by this site -- http://gg91mm.cn pop-ups on his Windows server 2003 machine. I manually added this site to the Restricted Site within IE 6. I also ran SpySweeper and Spybot anti-malware programs and Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 anti-virus program. It got blocked from popping up on the screen, but it still appears within the Task Manager Applications tab from time to time. I believe it is related to metsystem.exe file/spyware, but I'm not quite sure.
How can I get rid of it totally?
