How to get rid of little gray rice shaped bugs on my green and red pepper plants??

I discovered my leaves with brown spots and yesterday pulled out little gray/brown tiny worms from around the peppers, does anyone have a home recipe to get rid of them not using any store chemicals??

Phone a nursery and ask for a package of ladybugs, or where to get them if the nursery doesn't have 'em. They're amazing, how they gobble up pests.

And next spring put up a birdhouse.
