  4. In my experience, man b***s are the first sign of being overweight... which means they are the first thing to go as soon as you get back to a healthy lifestyle.

    As the other people suggested, dieting will often take care of them, but if you want to target them, pushups and also weightlifting will eliminate them fairly quickly.

  5. I found just eating less and doing 20

    push ups every night helped.

    They do take a while to get rid of.
