How to get rid of misconfig utilty message?

Question

I changed my startup settings on my laptop because it takes forever to load, by using misconfig utility. I unchecked all that is unnecessary but everytime I turn on my computer, a message that goes something like this:

"since you've used misconfig utility to change your startup settings, the utility will do a check up...blah blah blah.. and would you like to go to default settings?"

I close it and wait. What was the point of changing my startup when the utility runs and takes up time?

I do not have windows defender where I can change it there and that is my last option.

Can anyone help me get around this?
