How to get rid of muscles aches?

i was lifting alot of stuff yesterday and now i have arms pains and back pains. any one now a good way to get rid of these? besides a hot bath, cause that aint workin.

  1. do the basic exercises,like sit ups


  2. Muscle aches are a cause of lactic acid build up, a product made my muscles when your work out or exercise. Massage the area, perhaps you are a little bit dehydrated so drink plenty of water, and ice the area. If you think it will help, buy one of those icy-hot cooling then warming packs from the grocery store or drug store, and if your in excruciating pain you may want to take Advil or Aleve or something to ease the pain.

  3. What you need is a deep muscle massage by someone with powerful fingers like I have.  

  4. Avoid any heat apply ice for 20 minutes then remove it for 20 and repeat

  5. Never exercise.

  6. If it's just pain and you feel sour, stretching helps. If it's causing you cramps it means you are dehydrated..try to drink a lot and esp energy drinks!

  7. Stretch.

    A LOT!

  8. An electric heating pad always works for me.  It is so soothing, and aches and pains are relieved very quickly.  A great investment that will pay itself off after one use!   Get well soon :-)
