How to get rid of my kitchen's coakcroaches without killing?

Clean all food up.  Also wipe up water.  Not easy to do but if you cut off the water supply it will help get rid of them.  I read this in a book too.

don't leave out leftovers or food.

sometimes "bombing" your kitchen is the only way. but thats only if your kitchen is infested. ew, hopefully it's not.

i never heard of someone having cockroaches. lol. i've heard of roaches. but COCKROACHES IN YOUR KITCHEN?! i'd move out.

My dear friend, i'm not sure who makes it but it's called contact.  It comes in a tube and is brown, follow directions, it works very well.
