I have the weirdest way of walking and running, it's very ungraceful and I think it makes me look a bit disabled :( (not to mention a bit like a horse!) I try and force myself to walk normally and it looks even worse, like a very forced opposite arm to leg thing that I'm consciously aware of. It doesn't look so bad when I fox walk but I can't do that in school shoes. So any advice is most welcome. Also I'm not doing it for other people's opinions I'm doing it to boost my self confidence with the knowledge that I can walk and run gracefully without a lot of noise (which I usually make a LOT of)Thanks xD
