How to get rid of my search engine for yahoo?

I use Firefox, and whenever I try to search for something, my Firefox always uses yahoo to search, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of it for good. I already have the Google tool bar, etc. But I want to just use Google to search, and nothing else. Is there something I can do?

yea, go to your control panel and unsintall the yahoo tool feature. You can also go into your internet options on your browser and set your homepage to google search.

go to ur control panel  then click on programs and features and look for it and uninstall it i have windows vista i dont know if its the same for u though
