Okay I know this is gross but my feet are so blechhh and I want to get rid of it!

I'm a dancer and tennis player, I do both pretty much everyday.

But as a result, I have open blisters and calluses all over my feet, mainly my toes. It doesn't hurt, but it just looks bad. I know I could just go get a pedicure, but I want to do something at home for now. Any advice?!

  1. CHOP THEM OFF

  2. try using a hacksaw!

  3. Well, if you are a dancer, you should know your feet will suffer. Ballet dancers get blistered does and bruised ankles. Tap dancers get bruises all over their feet from endurance. And ANY Tennis player will tell you that they get rough hard skin.

All i can suggest is washing them, filing the skin with a pumice stone and then rub cream into them.

  4. Quit being so rough on your feet. If you have open blisters, a nail tech, by state laws, should not touch your feet. The ability for infection and disease to transfer in a pedicure tub is very high. You don't want that, and neither does anyone else. For now, maybe use so of the heel repair balm all over your feet, as well as some of the healing gel footies. You can get them at CVS, Walgreen's, Walmart, etc.

  5. Go to the doctor.
