How to get rid of new plastic smell?

Question

Ok I just bought a pair of new headphones off of ebay and they smell of new plastic which I hate,so how do I get rid of the smell? BTW: I tried to just wait and see if it would just go away,and even put them in front of a fan for a day or two and spayed it with axe and cologne and smell still there.I even tried to put bleach on it and nothing worked. The smell is so strong ans it smells toxic. Any Ideas on how to get rid of the smell?

If they were made in China, they COULD be toxic.  The regulations there are not good.  Look at your ebay seller's return policy or try to put them up for sale again.  The garbage can may be the best way to get rid of the smell.  You didn't say what kind or how much you paid for them.
