How to get rid of one audio track on a divx video file that has two audio tracks?

I just recently downloaded a video that has two audio tracks. the actual movie plays in english but the other audio track is a man speaking in russian to translate the movie. PLEASE HELP i want to get rid of this russian man talking. and fyi don't say download another file because this is the only one i could find in english

You can use "AVI-Mux_GUI". This program allows you to remove or add audio tracks to your video file.
