If it's really that painful, try making a paste of some soluble aspirin and applying it to the sting site.

ok u need to do this get a garlic clove smash it and rub it on the sting and it well go away i have done it before and it works great

Never had a bee sting but for other stings i hold the hot end of a cigarette over the area to draw out all the poison, sore for a sec but instant relief!

My mother use to make a paste with baking soda and apply to bee stings when I was a child.

you put on neosporon  (i cant spell but i think it is right) it heals quicker and releavs pain

put some ice on it, this will help incase it starts to swell up aswell
