How to get rid of post-pregnancy pouch?

I read up here a little while ago and that crunching an hour a day would help flatten my stomach. I am starting to see results, but its only when i suck my tummy in that i see my abs. Is there any way i can do something that also effects the OUTSIDE of my tummy?

  2. You can do leg lifts, not only will this help the lower part of your abs, this will tone thighs and calves.  Also, I would suggest looking up foods that are natural belly blasters. I also work out on the ab lounge. That thing is awesome. You need to do different exercises that work diff parts of your stomach. Crunches alone will not work
