  1. stop riding them fear should go away

  2. To conquer your fears, just start going on rollercoasters. At Cedar Point, there are plenty of tame coasters that you can start off with. Rides like the Blue Streak, Disaster Transport and The Iron Dragon are good start offs. Hope this helps, rollercoasters are awesome!

  3. just go on them

and if u dont like them

    keep going on them

    if u dont

    u have no will power

    and wen u do

u r startin gto gain some.

that is one way to help that prob

  4. Go with someone you truly love.  I never went on upside down rollercoasters until 2 years ago (I was 27).  Going upside down just really freaked me out.  But I went with my ex and I don't know why, but it was comforting...he was the first to ever get me on them!  Now, no fear, I love them!

  5. Take a Gravol to prevent barfing. And just go on a rollercoaster. It's the only ONLY way you'll kill the fear is to conquer it.

I was always afraid too. I've done it once....I didn't like it at all. lol And I will probably never do it again.

  6. Dont worry.Lots of people have a fear of roller coasters.Just before the ride starts make sure to take deep breaths to get calm.Remember that the coaster was meant to be safe but fun.Hardly any people die from roller coasters actually. If you get on the coaster and you feel a little better but still kinda scared then go on it again to get the us of it.Make sure you dont have heart problems! After that you will prob be a roller coaster addict or mybe you will just wont be scared of coasters anymore.

  7. The cure for your roller coaster fear

    1) Use drugs: Over the counter nausea pills work wonders

    2) Start small: Ride the baby rides first and let yourself get used to motion

    3) Ride the scary ride every time you go there: The more good experiences you have on the roller coaster the less nervous you will be when you get back on it later

    4) Think positive: Did you barf last time you rode it? No. SO you won't this time. Tell yourself that, and believe it.

Good luck conquering your fear. I know you can do it!

  8. just do it!!!  it may be scary but you will feel better on the other side.  besides  you kick butt!!!!!

  9. well used to and still knida have that fear first thing i do is go to the bathroom before i go on then i start with little rollercoasters and u can't get over it in one trip to a amusment park it could take months or years. i took years at first i would only go on ones that had little drops and stuff and that was 3 years ago and now i go on ones with huge drops and that go upside down and it's super fun so just start off with little and work ur way up

  10. just keeping going on them...if you have that much of a fear of barfing before you go to a park take one of those pills that help with seasickness. It settles your stomach

  11. just dont think about nething but fun and get on the ride

  12. They are scarey but the more you get on the less your fear will be. Oh yeah and close your eyes.

  13. go on the ride anyway.  I'm not that fond of coasters, but I ride them with my family, because it's fun.

You'll never get over your fear if you don't try the ride.

  14. just catch the holder tightly and close your eyes

  15. i think thats what make rollercoasters so fun, the fact that u dont feel 'safe'. but just know that u are, the chances of actually getting hurt on a rolleercoaster are next to impossible :P. just remember its for fun and it pretty normal to be afraid :)

  16. Take a few deep breathes and breathe out through your mouth, when you start to feel nauseous.  This also helps nervousness.  Other than keep trying to ride it and thinking calming thoughts, I can't offer any other suggestions.

  17. dont eat anything before you ride the rides so its a less chance that youll puke.. oh and btw i love cedar point!

  18. just remind yourself on how much fun they are...start out slow..and build your way up..after you ride a few..you will forget about your fears and have fun...make sure you ride with someone you know and trust.

  19. I used to get so scared of rollercoasters when i was young but i started going on the less scarier ones then onto the big ones i cant get enough of rollercoasters theyre super fun and exciting

  20. You just have to step on, no matter how nervous you are. When it starts, you may be paranoid, whatever, but when you get off, you'll realize how much fun you just had.

  21. I have always been scared to get on a roller coaster. I will stand in line and then back out last minute, I worry about it so much that I get a headache. I'm so scared of falling out, I'm really short and small. I hope you can find a way to get over it. Good Luck!

  22. you just remind your self how much fun your having and tell your inner self that you can do it no matter what, through thick thin you can do it. It takes gusts to do that.

                                       Thank You!

I don't know answer your question but I hope it did.

  23. only way to get rid of fear,is face fear,go on the ride and have a good time

  24. Well I don't blame you for being afraid of them, I understand completely. There is no 100% guarantee that the ride is always going to be functioning properly and never going to have any problems; thats just not the case. But then again, its good to be cautious, but if you are over cautious, and never take any kind of risks in life, even if its just a simple roller coaster ride, than you will just sit back and watch life pass you by. Just go on the roller coaster, enjoy life.

  25. Well what i did was this. When i was say 9 or 10 i still had this huge fear of going on Roller Costers cause i had this strange fear that the ride was somehow gonna go BOOM or something. So my best friend asked me if i wanted to go to Six Flags with him. Since i didn't want disappoint him i said yes. We invited other friends we all went and when i got on with my friends i didn't really care all i did was ride and have fun. I guess you should just try going with friends you trust and care about and have fun.

  26. start on the easy ones and work your way up. Conditioning is really the only way to get rid of physical reaction to something.

  27. just do it.

  28. I was deathly afraid of coasters until my friends forced me to go on one, and I ended up loving it.

    Confront your fears

  29. suck it up and just go for it. bring a friend to give you some tough love and make you go on it. once you've ridden it you'll feel once better. i'm not saying you won't be nervous but you'll be less so and it will be sooo worth it :]

if your fear of throwing up may actually happen, take something like dramamine or another motion sickness medicine before you go to the amusement park and don't ride directly after you eat. you should be fine.

  30. just ride a small one at first, then ride bigger ones as tiime goes by. if you ride the small ones and think their too "babyish" then try a bigger one. it'll go away soon. =]

  31. Most parks have bunny coasters, for small kids. Work your way up from the small ones to the larger ones. Some people don't like the sensation of some of the newer roller coasters because they are constantly building crazier, faster, taller and outrageous to bring in the enthusiast
