How to get rid of scars that are constantly on good blood flow?

I was really stpid a few months ago and now im paying for it really badly. I have scars on my upper thighs and on my wrist which are on my veins. I have found in the shower and stuff when my blood flow starts getting quicker my scars are REALLY obvious. I want to get rid of them because it's like my past is haunting me. And those who are wondering I havent got a problem now and have seen help. :D Please help!!!!

get some vitamin E oil to put on your scars it really works if you rub it on twice everyday.
