How to get rid of skin tags?

i have them under my arms

they come and go all the time can i get rid of all off them?

I have had MD's ask me this question- you need a dermatologist, or plastics person-involves simple in office procedure. Age, sun exposure, genetics are all factors. Sun screen, sun cover, and sun sense.good luck

I had them on my neck under the arm back of neck,everytime I go to the dr,Im a diabetic so I go to the dr often,and when I go I get her to cut them off till they were all gone,so far they havent returned.
