Does anyone know how to get rid of facial or smile crease? I have these two crease lines on the sides of my nose, like when you smile, these two lines show. But lately, it seems like its showing more even when im not smiling. Im only 22 years old. Does anyone know any solution on how to get rid of them besides botox/surgery??

  1. oh I have smile creases too! and im only 18 - some people say its attractive because they show that you smile a lot :)

I'd say the only solution would be surgery but you could also try creams. I wouldnt stress about it + your a guy so i dont think it would matter at all

    Good luck

  2. Get a peg and pull out the skin and clip it to it!

  3. botox

  4. try tightening face packs along with facial exersises

  5. Chemical peeling with Tretinoin, glycolic peel, or TCA. Peeling will remove the fine creases as well as even out your skin tone and remove acne scars as well.

  6. hmm maybe those skin regenerist creams? Olay has them.

I like smile lines tho, they make people look nicer :)

  7. keep your skin moisturised, most creams are the same, I like vichy they sem to actually work

  8. I am an Esthetician. First of all you can't get botox around your mouth. There are other fillers.

However; see a dermatologist....ask for some retinol or retin-A. Its a strong form of vitamin A. Its a topical cream that will erase the fine line. Keep moisturized and wear SPF.

Facial exercises will make it worse. The reason you have them is from making the same face over and over. (SMILING!) So think of it as folding paper in the same spot over and over again. It would make a crease right? Same with your face! Hence smile lines!

    The cream will help!
