  1. yes you can refer here http://epictureperfect.net/acne_cure.php

  2. u dd nt say what kind of spots they were and what caused them

  3. Firstly dont each a lot of chocolate! Go to your local doctor, and he can give you medication ( tablets and cream) these reduce the amount of spots, and the apperance of them.

    Hope this helps :)

+ going to your doctor on NHS is free, so no expense needed !

  4. try going to a clinic

or put some cytrus fruit on the spot

    tc

  5. I guess you just have to keep your face always clean.

Wash your face every morning and before going to bed. I know you don't want to spend money, but you need some medication for spot. Checked your local pharmacy.

Avoid make-up for awhile. Oh well lipstick and eye shadow I guess will be ok.

You will be fine. Just part of growing up.

    Avoid oily food, fatty meat.

More water and freshly squeeze juices and fresh fruits are good for you and your skin.

    Cheer up!

  6. drink a litre of water every morning when u wake up and then eat an hr after that - u will notice ur skin will look amazing in a week or 2!

  7. I remember having the same problem. Drink water if you dont already, it detoxifies your body and flushes out impurities. Change the usual snack for some fruit. Now and then if theyre looking bad, fill a bowl of boiling water, put your head in and then place a towel over your head, the steam and heat will open the pores to help get rid of bacteria in them. Make sure you have some icy cold water at hand and once your heads been over the bowl for around ten minutes pull it out and splash your face with the cold water to close the pores again and prevent bacteria getting back in them. Dont touch your face or pick spots. Get into the routine of using a good face wash, toner and moisteriser. Dont exfoliate your skin with a scrub too much or use face masks too often as this will irritate your skin and make it produce more oils - more oils means more spots. But like I said earlier, water is the main thing here!

Drink loads of it! Im speaking from experience!

If you have one persistant spot, I found that there is a treatment called T-ZONE SPOT ZAPPING STICK, I dont know where your from and if they sell it where you live but if they do, use it! Not all over your face, just on bad spots.

Im assuming your a teen, seriously this is totally normal for your age so dont think its anything your doing wrong. Your bound to get them at some point but use my tips and they will improve.

    Hope I helped x

  8. well

my friend told me that to help him with his skin problem,

    he used toothpaste,

yes sounds stupid but apparently it works,

theres other methods like drinking more water, eating more "good food"

and cutting down on things like chocolate sweets and oily foods.

    washing your face every day.

    going to the doctors?

    less makeup.

my brother uses freederm which is about £6 per tube, but it's really effective.

also body shop products they are very good :)

  10. Hey there, trust me these tips will work because I’ve tried them and mine  fading  away pretty quickly

    *Drink plenty of water

*don’t be stressed.. the less stressed you are the less spots you’ll have  remember that always ;)

*eat lot's of organic( less toxic) fruit and vegetables and FISH that’s very good for your skin it makes it glow and more radiant

*Drink these juices too.. in the morning they might taste nasty but its all worth it just think of them spots and how they will soon disappear and quickly drink it!!

There’s a variety of juices you can choose from

    *Carrot, kale and parsley

    *ginger root ,carrot parsley

    *potatoe, green pepper and apple

    *spinach asparagus and carrot

    *wear less make up

The spots will get worse and then get cured because it will come out..and remember don’t touch them or squeeze them because you’ll get scarred permanently!!

Hope the tips work!! Let me know if it does :)

  11. There is no guaranteed methods of speeding the process up, unless you can forward time. It's all your bodies doing, chemical changes and all that. Your just going to have to grin and bear it for a while.

  12. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit. Won't get rid of them completely, but helps =)

Things with tea tree in them are quite good. And i heard that zinc is good for spots, but i'm not sure about that one [like zinc tablets/supplements or whatever].

  13. Cleanse/tone/moisturise your face every morning and every night. Apply Sudocrem on the spots, and on top of it apply toothpaste. In the morning you'll see your spots have shrink in size or gone completely :]

  14. Tea trea oil!

    ;D

you can buy it from anywhere - boots/chemist/body shop/
