How to get rid of sting from hot pepper?

I ate a hot pepper and got the pepper juice on my lips and nose. how do I get rid of the sting? Ive tried lotion, ice cubes, water. Help it really hurts and my lips are welling up from the sting!!!

LOL Javier is stupid. What you need is milk. Just drink some, let it sit in your mouth for a second or two, then spit it out. Dip your lips in there too. Cheese also helps too.
