How to get rid of stubborn body fat?

i have stubborn body fat like in the stomach love handles and in the chest, i constantly eat healthy, and work out, i have a lot of muscle in my body but fat in these areas that wont go away how can i get rid of them?

  1. usually to burn fat, it takes you to burn more calories than you intake. so if you eat 1000 calories in one day adn you burn that much calories(1000)when your running you burn app. 1 pound. 1000 cal=1 pound.during your workout. work with weights first. usually for about 20-30 minutes. the body burns fat alot more after working with weights. when you run, to effectively burn fat, you have to run for about 30-45 min. a good way to burn more fat during running is to use an interval workout. kind of like sets. sprint for 30 sec, rest for 60 sec. sprint for 60 sec, rest for 90 sec. its more effective than just jogging your way through because your body needs rest. you also have to get your body to burn fat on its own. you have to get it so ythat when you eat you body goes to carbs, calories, adn then to fat to burn off as energy. to get that you have to get a good metabolism. start drinking green tea. it has a great antioxident called ecgc which helps boost metabolism. also try eating more carrots, carrots are also crucial in building your metabolism. i hope i helped
