How to get rid of surfer's rash?

I just spent a week surfing and learned why other people use rash guards.

Its been a week since the trip and the very mild irritation on my arms won't go away.

Any ideas?

Vasoline, aloe vera, and definitely go get yourself a rash guard. Surfing rashes are the worst. I feel your pain!
