How to get rid of synocytis ...or flu or whatever...STUFFY NOSE?

i had this flu or synocytis (u no wat i mean) from the last four days ...i v taken antibiotics , cough suppressors , nasal drops , syrups and i aint gettin rid of it ...i cant even sleep as i cant breath with my nose..n guess wat ...now i have like this fried bready smell in my nose and its makin me mad..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try a saline rinse, drink more water, take Claritin D, use a vaporizer when you sleep, and see your doctor.
