How to get rid of the green screen on my LG Plasma tv?

The regular cable on my tv works fine, but when I switch over to watch my HD channels the screen is green. I don't know what to do I have

checked and tried everything. Please Help! Thank You!!!

  1. Another possibility is that you may have a bad connection (a defective connecting cable) or an improper hookup.  


  2. The problem may be with the set-top itself. It obviously can't decode HD channels.

    Call the cable company for a new box.

  3. u might not have hd cable...if u have comcast and its not a silver square motorola box its not hd
