How to get rid of the red bumb on my legs?

My legs and smooth and you can't feel them, but you can see red bumps usually on the back of my chalves and right above my knees. I scrub everybody with a scrubbrush, but that only seems to make it worse. What can I do? What lotion really works?

I get this sometimes after shaving or using nair , after I use nair its very noticable and sometimes they hurt what works for me is , california body lotion , extra moisturizing dry skin lotion , and at the bottom it says alpha hyroxy , gets rid of them and leaves my skin feeling great ,

Experiment with different lotions to find the one that works best for you. That's the best way to go! Also, change your razor often.
