  1. Tell him in a nice way. Speak with your OB/GYN about it as well.

  2. For goodness sake, tell him it hurts so there is no misunderstanding! There is nothing sad about being honest! If he is a good boyfriend he will help to find the reason it hurts and stop hurting you. Then you can both get on with enjoying s*x.

  3. I don't know how old you are or how much experience you have. Maybe if you are still new to s*x then it may just be still an uncomfortable stage. But if you have been active for some time it may be something medically related. Possibly Endometriosis. But I would suggest going to the Dr as this doesn't sound right and s*x is supposed to feel great and satisfy both of you. And if it hurts when you are having s*x and you are not telling your boyfriend then he will feel worse later knowing he was adding to your pain and that you didn't care enough to tell him. If you love him and he loves you then tell him that it is painful and that you are going to the Dr to find out what is wrong. I am sure he would rather you both enjoyed s*x and you weren't in any pain. It is not a sad thing but just a fact of life. I have had pain like you describe and it nearly made me cry but I told my hubby so he didn't feel cheated and hurt that I was keeping it from him. I went to the Dr and I was fine and we put it down to I was having pains around that time of the month. My best friend had the same thing and found out it was Endometriosis and she had to get medical attention. Could luck.  :)
