How to get rid of virus on my computer?! i really need help!! pleasee help!!! :[

Question

well; last night i was on the computer, it was fine and normal

and then my sister,dad,and mom told me to search for 2008 beijing olympic and see if there any site to watch it online

i went on yahoo and type in the search for questions bar and ask where can you watch 2008 beijing olympic online..

i thought everything you ask on yahoo answer.. da answer its safe

i click on this site and it told me to download.. i did

and all of sudden; theres pop up sounds

and my computer said that there are viruses on the computer.. please get rid of it as soon as possible

i got a very strong viruses last year and i used smitfraudfix to get rid of it and it worked

so i plan to use smitfraudfix again

but this time.. it didn't work

i follow da direction correctly

i enter #1 to search for it and it work

then #2 to clean it.. (well.. am i suppose to reboot it in safe mode or something? if it does; how do you do that?)

it asked me if i wanted to clean the registry? i type Y

but before asking me that.. it say something about it had denied because someone is using the poccess o__o

but anyway; after a while; a disk clean thingy pop out

i waited for a while to load.. but when its almost finish

it closed by itself

&& the viruses didn't remove!!!!!!

And how can you remove it?

I wanna use smitfraudfix because it seen to work last time but i don't know what happened this time....

I'm only 14yr old.. so i can't buy remove viruses thingy and my parent don't allow me to and they say let the computer broke.. and blaming its my fault x-x

try free.avg.com/ just get the free version.

and just in case its spyware, try www.safer-networking.org/ and get spybot.

Those two should be able to fix anything wrong.

try to use avg antivirus free edition and avg antispyware free edition. they&#039;re free and get the job done for you.

download spybot search and destroy- it&#039;s free!

do a complete scan and spybot will tell you the problem(s) and help you get rid of it ( them).

Find the viruses name, Google it, search for it on &quot;symantec.com&quot;.

Use a anti virus program to erratic it.

Then you need to do some serious Internet Safety research if you think it&#039;s good to download random stuff randomly.

Yesterday, my free anti-virus caught a trojan virus.

To ensure that the virus caught is not a false positive, I upload it to virus total web site to check.

To my surprise, all the big names in Anti-virus industry cannot detect the trojan. The one that detect the trojan are mainly the free version.

I would suggest that you get Avast. It is free for personal use.
