How to get rid of whiteheads?

I have tons of whiteheads under my chin and when i smile they pop out really badly. is there a way to get rid of them?

u can do this in the shower.

1st get a cloth,doesnt matter wic one.

2nd wet it with hot water(the top of the shower ) or bottom

every time it gets hot..not too hot..put it on your pimples/face

keep doing that for a week..your pimples are going to get smaller

the same thing happened to me..because the hot water opens up your

pores.

by the way..NO toothpaste it only works for some people..it made my skin dry till dis day on..trust me,u DONT want to do that. lol. good luck girl. hope your face glows/looks nice when school starts..

pop them. but when you do so, make sure you dont spread it. take a tissue somthing to whipe it off. then after you are done, wash your face with some sort of clenser. i recommend apricot scrub. and Marry K also has acne things you can use. they work really well.

I usually use a hot washcloth, like a compress to let it come out on its own, or it will leave a scar, don't pop it, I know it's tempting..lol..but try it..Good luck !

wash your skin, don't pick with your oily filthy fingers because it causes more,

if you are going to pick put both fingers in toilet paper and do it that way because otherwise it'll spread

don't pop em or squeeze them

use lemon juice and a cotton ball on the white heads rub em

and clean your face with a soap bar ( i use dove it's great) twice a day

use a cleanser too.

I would always put a damp & warm washcloth on whiteheads for 30 seconds or so and then pop 'em before I left the house.

make sure you get all the puss out or else it'll come back with a vengance.
