How to get rid of win32 sality ap?

my computer is infected by a virus called win32 sality ap and the anti virus says that it cannot repair the virus and that it has to be moved into the vault.when this happens most of my programs stop working and windows also started acting funny! please tell me a way to get rid of the virus without making my programes stop working!

use avast

1st install

2nd update

3rd boot scan/ safe mode scan

on cpu click f8 to go safe mode

The virus have corrupt your registry.

Use ccleaner to clean your registry and system.

If it don't work. Your only option is to reinstall your programs and reinstall Windows.
