How to get rid of wolf spiders?

We took the carpet out of our home and are in the process of putting wood floors in our home. Ever since we took the carpet out we have had a HUGE wolf spider problem. I have see 4 just this week and my husband has killed 3 of those. I have two children and HATE spiders, this is driving me crazy, I'm afraid to sleep because one might be in the bed. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of them!!!

A cat will kill it if it moves, well, at least my one would. And you can buy loads of pesticides that will kill them, but they will come back from outside. Just try to deter them. E.G;

- Have a clean house;
- They hate noise, keep music playing 24/7;
- Have motion triggered machine guns constantly on, on every corner of you house! Warn the mail man. AND NEVER LEAVE!
