How to get rid of yellow stains on white wallet?

ok i just bought a l.a.m.b wallet on ebay and received it today and theres yellow marks how can i get rid of it without using bleach.

Make a paste out of baking soda and water and gently wipe it on the stains , and take a little clean water and rinse away it may take a few times  to get the yellow out , but it should work ,  you might also try using a very small amt of dawn and see how that is gonna work and i wish you luck
