How to get rid off the skin rash?

I don't have too much rash with my first pregnancy but this is my second pregnant ( 13 weeks, 5 days ) I have so much rash on my under breast to my top belly, I never had those before, but it's came now. How to get rid of it? I try to put balmex rash cream on, it's help rash go a way but then came back! I don't want rash come back, I want them to get rid of it.

try medicated powder. stay dry and avoid clothing that fits tight and rubs
