How to get rid or cover up this scab on my face in 4 days?

I feel really stupid for picking my zit and now its a scab and its huger than the zit. i tried covering it up but it looks even worse. then i try peeling it but then it turns pink then it looks the same the next day. i have picture day in 4 days and oh man, i so dont want this on my face. any help?

Don't touch it for the four days. It will crumble off, but you can't rip it off before it is time, because that will just give you a scar.
