How to get ride of the worm virus?

iam using AVG,Avast, they cant heal or delete?

the Worm virus .. and im freaking crazy what to do...

avira is better than avg and avast and it comes in the 2nd place after kaspersky surely it will remove the worm and a-squared will do the job too

uninstall any security program you are using and install these free programs

it's not a good idea to use two or more anti-virus in one pc,please delete one of them as they may conflict.

if this doesn't work,try restarting your pc,when it goes to blank,press F8 all the time which will boot into safe mode.then  scan your pc or find the virus's path delete it.

You should not use two or more antivirus at the same time..as they detect each other,your computer will get some problem bcoz of that...

You need to find out what type of worm is in your PC.

There are lots of worm removal tools in www.softpedia.com

worm are more difficult to remove because they keep multiple copies of themselves all over the place and they modified the windows registry.

You may need a special removal tools provided free by anti-virus companies.

Please go to www.softpedia.com and do a search for the worm.

Use the tools to remove the worm and repair your system.
