Amtico actually makes a scratch repair kit, which comes in colors for their entire line.  Hopefully, you have original invoices with color numbers on it, or you now the retailer where you bought your floor because matching the color from the sample bank is not always easy.

This can be ordered from the retailer where you bought the floor.

If it is more of a gouge, than a scratch, it is easy to replace one piece, if you have extras.  Another option is to take a piece from a non-visible part of the room (closet or under a couch) and trade it off with the scratched piece.

BTW Amtico is about the best flooring made.

Ok, this works really really well... Get your hardwood floor cleaner and pour some on a sponge on the rough side and scrub the scratch ! i saved my butt
