How to get scum out of calking?

I am trying to clean my bathtub and there is soap scum, etc in the calking. It's black. I sprayed with bleach, let it sit, and scrubbed and scrubbed but it will not come out. Any suggestions other than redoing the calking? (I rent)

use scrubbing bubbles. it works. bleach does not dissolve scum only if it is abrasive like ajacks.
