  1. Its rather impossible to achieve.   If you have big or fat arms, you are likely to be born big-boned in your limbs. Exercising or working-out will give you some muscles and slim you down slightly, but certainly wont give you that skinny look, in arms and legs. But if you go on a serious diet, reduced eating, whatever, you are going to end up looking sallow cheek and under-nourished. That would be more awful than a face and body slightly filled out.

    Do not be easily influenced by media, society and esp your peers who say that skinny look is cool,  the best to strive for. In reality it is just an illusion. Look around you and the rest of your country people and u would find that more than 80% of humanity nowadays are likely to be between slim and obese. Narrow-mindedness and going to extremes bring only depression and sadness.Be happy with what u have, and surely you have other strengths and forms of beauty and goodness.

    So if you are slim, that's the best standard. Cheers!

  2. workout your arms. weights, sport, etc. but that might make them muscular? .... idk maybe go on a diet ha
