I start school september 2nd,
and I really wanna get skinny and lose weight before school starts.
cause I'm so tired of not being comfortable with my self!
I want to wear what I like, and not jiggel or stick out of it!!
So,
I'm 13, 5'3 and about 123 pounds.
I have kind of a beer belly, not a big one but there.
and I have big fat hips,
and thats what bothers be the most, though I want to loose weight everywere.
what should I do?
and for like a week or shorter could I not eat to lose weight as long as I stay hydrated?
anyother tricks or tips?
