How to get skinny fast!!!!!! Help!!!?

I start school september 2nd,

and I really wanna get skinny and lose weight before school starts.

cause I'm so tired of not being comfortable with my self!

I want to wear what I like, and not jiggel or stick out of it!!

So,

I'm 13, 5'3 and about 123 pounds.

I have kind of a beer belly, not a big one but there.

and I have big fat hips,

and thats what bothers be the most, though I want to loose weight everywere.

what should I do?

and for like a week or shorter could I not eat to lose weight as long as I stay hydrated?

anyother tricks or tips?

  1. Well just start to watch what you eat and make sure to eat in the right amount of portions and not overdo yourself. Basically start eating healthy and maybe start exercising and you should start to see results.Good luck!


  2. without eating you will feel weak without energy, feel like fainting and when you start to eat again cause u have slowed your matabolism down you will get even bigger.

  3. Try this, its a gud way to lose 3-5kgs in 7 days. It’s a start, the rest is upto you after this.

    day 1 - only fruits (avoid bananas & milk)

    day 2 - only veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat)

    day 3 - mix of fruit & veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat or bananas & milk)

    day 4 - only bananas & milk nothing else

    day 5 - u feast on a cup of rice & six tomatoes & 12 glasses of water

    day 6 - only veggies & 1cup of rice

    day 7 - 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 3-5 Kgs lighter than 1 week ago.

    Things to remember & (strictly) follow during the seven day program:

    •No smoking or drinking during this period

    •Drink a lot of water during the diet period (minimum of 8 to 10 glasses per day)

    •Strictly no oily food or in-between junk food during the diet period

    •No tea or coffee during these 7days with milk or sugar, if required u can have a cup a day of black tea or coffee

    •No sweet food during the diet period

    •Any cooking done needs to have less salt, less oil but can have condiments to make the food taste better

    • Do not continue this diet after seven days. This can be done only once in 3months.

    •Trust in your diet, it will show you the difference


  4. It's really difficult but you can try the a juice detox diet

    Basically you need a juicer and fruits and veggies and drink fresh juice all day for 3-5 days

    i did this and lost 5 pounds a day

    but its no joke, and you have to be very careful doing it and make sure you dont get dizzy or anything.. you might wanna google it for more info

    honestly though you dont sound "heavy" enough to need to do that at all to be honest

    you could try not eating but as soon as you start eating again you'll gain weight

  6. well sept.2.......really thats not enough time, if you lose the average weight for that period of time you'll only lose like 7 lbs. but for the hips walking is the best, and you should drink plenty of water (half your body weight in oz.) in your case about 64 oz. for the belly do crunches and sit ups. for the waist walking is really good. and NO, DO NOT GO WITHOUT EATING FOR A WEEK, i did that, your body will think it's starving and save every calorie it gets and causing you to only gain weight. even with water it doesn't make you lose weight. i recommend you jogg a little bit and build up the routine. i hope that helps! and your not fat, 123 lbs for 5'3 is within the normal weight range.
