How to get smooth and touchable hair?

Any tips and/or ideas.

I've used Pert Plus Light forever, and every haircut I get they mention how smooth and light my hair feels.  I've tried other shampoos, way too oily.

From my own point of view, healthy hair is a result of 2 main factors :

1. External care : Good shampoo that suits your hair, shower it fewer times like 3 times a week.

2. Internal care : good and healthy food that contains of vitamins and minerals and it's easier for you to have a hair supplement e.g. Hair tablets that give your hair the shine and the thickness you need.
