  1. Maybe that's the problem, you're washing your hair everyday which is stripping away the natural oils your hair makes. You can go here: http://motowngirl.com/content/Natural-Ha... for some natural recipes which I use sometimes. Or you can try Carol's Daughter which also works. For frizziness use an anti-frizz

  2. I had this problem for a while and these tips will help

1.Deep Condition-bouy a deep conditioner.Pantene makes one in a little tub that is ahmazing! Use it once a week for 15 minutes. This repairs hair and keeps it soft and healthy.

2.Protect-If you are using a flat iron or blow drier use a protection spray.TRESemme makes a very good one thats in a bottle with a red logo called Thermal Creations.or something like that

3.coconut oil-I use coconut oil on my hair once in a while to repair it and make it smell ahmazing!

    Hope I helped!!

  3. Do you straighten/blow dry your hair often? -- that can make it really dry. One thing that REALLY helps (i find) is putting coconut oil in your hair (heating it up some and really massaging your scalp, leave it on for 3-4 hrs) but after that, it turns out lovely, soft, silky and shiny!!

If you have split ends -- get a haircut and make sure to get id of all your split ends. that will really improve the health of your hair.

do you use product when you do your hair yourself? -- depending on if you have curly or straight hair, there are tons of products you can use which help calm your hair down from frizz, as well as give it some extra volume. spend some time looking for products at your local drug store!!

    i hope this helps!

  4. Use lots of conditioner!

Now, if that doesn't help much, use a deep conditioner periodically. What I personally do  is apply baby oil about once a week to my hair before I shampoo. I leave the oil in for about half an hour before washing it out. It feels really gross but it leaves my hair is awesome condition. Really, really shiny. You may have to shampoo more than once to get it completely out.

Also, use the John Freida Frizz Ease Serum. OMG it works WONDERS! Make sure you use some sort of thermal protectant if you blow dry or straighten your hair, too.
