How do I start tightening up my chest muscles and loose a flabby chest, I am not over weight

  1. Instead of push-ups, stand as close to a wall as possible then step back about 2 feet. Lean forward to the wall then push yourself back and forth. Kind of like a "standing push-up" and not so hard on the back. As for your pectoral muscles, you can start light by lying on your back with a light weight or 1 liter bottle of water in each hand. Lift them straight up together till they touch then SLOWLY back down to the floor.

    The key is not heavy weights but consistent. Small weights and many repetitions builds tone, not bulk. At our age, tone is better I think.
