  1. 1. If a person is tested HIV pos. or breaks out with TB.

    2. If a person stays in the UAE illegally

    3. If a person breaches any civil law (breaching labour law =  1 year ban)

    4. If a person breaching public decency

    5. If a person is wanted by an international warrant

Convicted criminals will be deported after serving their terms in jail.

HIV pos and TB sick people and people travelling on forged visas/passports will be send home right away.

Other people have to stay looked up until somebody pays the travelexpenses. (Illegals, Prostitues, beggars etc)

In the UAE it's easy to get caught and deported for many reasons and the rules are not always very clear. The police cracks down on people selling pirated items (and deports them) while the Dragon Mart is full of them. Victims of human traffickers will be charged with prostitution and get deported while Dubai's clubs are full of them.

If you are just looking for a reason to get rid of a person and this person is not a convicted criminal, there are many reasons to get somebody in trouble. But - first of all nobody should do such a thing (making up something) because also this is against the law and secondly you should take into consideration who reports whom for what.

Take care and stay out of trouble.

  2. Is she under your  or your company's sponsorship - provide more details. Also the reason you want her deported?

  3. It is possible, if the reason is genuine.

Also, if you are the sponsor, it is possible if there is some genuine reasons / cases against the person.

Anyhow, if the intention is something bad, please don't. Because a person who gets a job in this tough time is very difficult, and if the person is innocent in the matter dont do any action against the said.

    Thx

  4. she would have had to commit and offence and be arrested and charged by the police. even then her deportation and possible never being allowed in uae again is at their discretion not yrs.  sorry not possible for u to do it.
