My dentist said when I was little I must have bumped my front teeth and now I have yellow stains on my two front teeth. I've tried Listerine Whitening, and it doesn't help. Any advice?

  1. This is a perm. stain.  Sorry :(

The only way to remove it, is to have a veneer put on it.  But, if you are going to do one tooth, you are going to want to do the rest of your front teeth.

Veneers can be very costly.  But, beautiful for cosmetic purposes.

You could always ask the dentist to apply a composite veneer.  This a cheaper option...if you don't have insurance.

  2. Go to some place like Target or Wal Mart and get the Crest teeth whitening. You put the strips on your teeth while you sleeping. I am a heavy coffee drinker and this stuff made my teeth 3 shades lighter in a month.

  3. if it's internal stain, there's nothing you can do about it. no amount of whitening will improve the color. you may have to resort to veneers.

or your dentist can put white fillings. ask your dentist what option is best for you.
