basically if u want handball as a hobby,u can practice it in ur house,but if u want it for ntering ur schoolteam or sumthin like tat you wil hav 2 go 2 sum gud coaching camps.

first which handball r u referring 2? the olympic version where u hold a volleyball-sized ball and throw it into a net, or the american version where ur hitting a palm-sized ball against a wall back and forth against an opponent?
