  1. There is some clips on YouTube

You Can Do Some Body Weight Exercise for Physical Strength and do some Sparring with your Friends

  2. Train until you are 18 then fight.  You cant fight professionally until you turn 18 anyways.  See if your parents will let you train at a MMA dojo.  If they will not, then join your H.S. wrestling team.  Having a strong backround in wrestling will give you a big advantage when you start training MMA.  In addition to  learning how to wrestle, you will also learn very important things about your body as far as what body weight works best for you, nutrition, cutting weight for fight days, and so on.  Wrestling gives you a good starting point for a MMA career.

  3. When I was 16 I was on my HS wrestling team.  That led to College wrestling, and when that was over me and my best friend took jui-jitsu, and later kickboxing.  Anyway my point is I don't know if your parents would object to you trying out for your wrestling team.  It's a great skill to know until your able to take MMA instruction.

  4. you can find a gym tt will still train you but wont make you fight. Try to explain to your parents how much more rules there are to protect you in amature MMA. Like there is not knees or elbows to the head EVER. andthere is not strikes to the head of a grounded opponet and stuff like that. look up a complete list of rules and explainto or parents how much more safe it s.
